DSISD Must Do Better to Manage Its Debt

Drippings Springs ISD is a growing district with many demands. However, it is also a district deep in debt. Right now, DSISD’s debts total $462 million or more than $60,000 owed for every student enrolled. That is an astronomical amount of school district debt. We must do better to manage the district’s finances, for the sake of today’s taxpayers and tomorrow’s Texans.
